近期工作包括在单细胞层面系统性地解析结直肠癌浸润T淋巴细胞和髓系细胞的特征及动态关系;与团队共同开发STARTRAC生物信息学追踪方法,解析不同结直肠癌病人的T细胞亚型差异;揭示不同靶向髓系免疫治疗策略的潜在作用机理。研究成果以第一共同作者发表在Nature(2018)、Cell( Best of 2020 )等杂志上,并受邀在Cancer Immunology Research(2019)等杂志对领域进行综述和展望。
